| Renting Therapy Rooms
We Provide:
- A great location with easy parking
- A beautiful room, warm and inviting atmosphere

- A tranquil waiting area for your clients
- Front desk reception to greet your clients
- Take payment ($, check & credit cards!)
- Handle scheduling and appointments
- Ability to rent a room outside of your scheduled
shift
- General advertising for the practice as a whole
- Walk-in’s
- Confirmation calls the day before
- A website with the schedule of therapists, their
modalities and bios
- You can also use Yoga Mandala’s phone number
and logo in your advertising
- You also get a discount on yoga classes for only
$8 a class!
You
- Pay rent at beginning of each month and directly
receive the fees paid by the clients at the time of
service (if they pay by cash or check). (If you agree
to let your clients pay by credit/debit card, those
funds have to pass through Yoga Mandala’s account
before we, in turn, write you a check for the amount
the client paid minus processing fees (less than 5%).
- You do your part to market your own practice. We
do have many walk-ins, but please don’t expect
to have a full book if you don’t do your own
marketing.
- We also require photocopies of your certifications,
and proof of professional liability insurance. (The
best deal we have found is through International Massage
Association - www.imagroup.com).
Room rental rates: (subject to change)
Mon - Fri 9am –3:00pm $55 per shift
Mon – Fri 3:00pm – 9pm $55 per shift
Sat & Sun Full shift: 9am -5pm $75 per shift
*Some shifts are available for alternate weeks and fewer
hours at reduced rates. Please ask if you are interested!
For example, if you rent space on Monday’s from
9-3 your rent would be $55 x 4 = $220 per month. This
is a great deal! If you do the marketing and fill your
shifts, you walk away with all your earned money after
rent. It only takes 4 one-hour massages a month to cover
your rent!
Once on the schedule, you can rent space at times outside
of your shift(s) at a rate of $12/hour. This allows
you the flexibility to accommodate your clients’
needs.
Procedure to get signed up:
- Email your resume to Kiranamayi at kiranamayi108@yahoo.com
- Set up an interview with to see the space, discuss
your qualifications and details of the contract.
- Do a 30 min. demo massage.
- If both parties agree, you and Kiranamayi decide
on shift(s) you will take and sign contract. We require
that you sign a 3-month contract committing to specific
shift(s) to provide continuity.
- To begin work we need proof of insurance and a
copy of your certifications on file. A short bio for
our website and a list of your modalities and prices
will be posted as soon as we receive them. Once the
contract is signed and you’ve paid the first
month’s rent, you can set out business cards
at the front desk in the area provided.
