| About Our Classes
Conscious embodiment, dynamism with intention to ultimately
recognize Essential Nature beyond the boundaries of
the physical body, comes in many forms through many
traditions. Our class schedule is rife with opportunities
to experience these diverse forms.
The bulk of our offerings centers around classical
Hatha Yoga. But
we also offer well-rounded Martial
Arts programs as well as Meditation
and Prostrations. And if you're new to Hatha, our
Intro
to Yoga Workshop series is an excellent
place to begin. For those interested in intensifying
their Hatha Yoga knowledge, or perhaps exploring Hatha
Yoga as a basis for a career, take a look at our Essence
of Yoga: Foundation
Course and Teacher
Training Level 1.
So as not to leave out the mind, we have our Wednesday
evening Tantrik
Philosophy lecture series which is brought to you
by Trika
Kula. This class meets about two to three times
a month and concentrates on the introductory concepts
of non-dual Tantra.
