Hatha Schedule
All forms of yoga are Hatha-based, focusing on postures,
breath, meditation and concentration. Hatha yoga builds
strength and flexibility, linking mind and body.
Vinyasa Schedule
A dynamic and rigorous flow sequence from one posture
to the next, linked by sun salutations and energetic
breathing. This style builds endurance, flexibility
and is the gateway for advanced asanas and deep relaxation.
Familiarity with yoga is helpful.
Hatha Flow Schedule
Combines traditional Hatha yoga and Vinyasa yoga with
postures flowing gracefully from one into the next.
May not be as rigorous as Vinyasa classes, but dynamic
just the same.
Kundalini Schedule
Kundalini yoga, as developed by Yogi Bhajan, works with
the chakras and the emergent spiritual energy of the
body through dynamic yoga postures, energetic breathing
techniques, mantra (sound) and meditation. All levels.
Kids Schedule
A fun, energizing and strengthening set of yoga-based
exercises that increase endurance, focus and flexibility.
Designed to keep children engaged while still teaching
the principles of yoga.
