Unlimited attendance in our prenatal classes during your entire pregnancy!
Yoga Mandala Prenatal Yoga classes provide a unique space for pregnant women to acknowledge the challenges and celebrate the joys of pregnancy and to fully experience the rite of passage into motherhood. We learn movements and yoga asanas to relieve many of the common discomforts associated with pregnancy. Using challenging poses, we practice effective pain management and stress reduction skills.
Classes also include an introduction to mindfulness practice, which can be a powerful tool in preparing for birth and parenting, as well as a brief support circle. Through experience, women can develop a sense of trust in the wisdom of their body for pregnancy and birth. With consistency, expectant mothers make supportive connections with other pregnant women and discover resources in the birth community. Classes are suitable for all stages of pregnancy and no experience is necessary.
