Traditional healing therapies at Yoga Mandala consist of Massage, Ayurveda (classical Indian Medicine), and Acupuncture (and Chinese herbs). Traditional healing methods are natural, gradual, and preventative by nature. Sometimes a variety of treatments from each discipline is recommended along with prescribed therapeutic practices from Yoga or other conscious embodiment form.

The view is of the body as a whole rather than its parts – with a constant communication occurring between mind, physical body, energy, and the universe.

At Yoga Mandala we believe that effective sadhana (or formalized, spiritual practice) cannot be embarked upon until our lifestyle, diet, and exercise are reconciled with our bodies.

Whether your goal is general health and wellbeing, or relief from sudden or chronic pain or illness, either way, traditional healing may have a method of recalibration for you!
