We are very happy to announce our first ever Spring Cleaning Week! Join with your fellow practitioners in using Ayurveda and Hatha Yoga to clear your channels and experience more radiant health. Our popular Intro to Ayurveda Workshop is included in the Spring Cleaning, or you can take this workshop on its own. A basic understanding of Ayurvedic principles is highly recommended for Yogis, and the Intro Workshop is the place to begin. Our Wednesday night series of Ayurvedic Health Talks continues - and as always, you can use your regular Yoga Mandala class pass to attend.
