Tantra teaches that all human beings have access to six mental, emotional and spiritual modes of expression. These modes can be thought of as six inner beings that we call forth as ways to deal with life. When expressing one of these six modes, we act, feel and think like a being from that realm. This can either cause us further confused suffering OR lead us to an experience of the positive virtues of our essential nature.

Come and learn how to express the enlightened virtues of our six inner beings to generate greater harmony, power, peace, and joy in our lives.

Specific Yoga practices for resolving the discursive energies associated with each realm will also be taught and transmitted.

Every idea, feeling and experience that we personally identify with becomes a psychic impression, which in turn influences our mind, emotions and behavior. These samskaras are often subconscious and can only lead to suffering, until we properly identify them and strongly choose to let them go.

Both the Cognitive and Behavioral schools of psychology also understand this kind of conditioning to be a major factor in negative states of mind.
